RECORD TO REPORT CONSULTANT (6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p><p>Responsible for carrying out/assisting in creating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and Bank management activities</p><p><strong>Work Experience</strong></p><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li>Documentation and organizational skills</li><li>Able to grasp any reporting application quickly</li><li>Knowledge of finalization of trial balance and draft balance sheet</li><li>Exposure to SAP Finance &amp; relevant modules</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft office</li><li>Fluent in both spoken and written English</li></ul><p><strong>Overall Project/Task description</strong></p><ul><li>Match bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Prepare cash flow forecasts and variance reports for management</li><li>Banks MIS reconciliation with system data and matching of funds on daily/weekly and monthly basis.</li><li>Review and validate bank charges and fees; escalate discrepancies to treasury or banking partners</li><li>Monitor automated bank statement uploads and troubleshoot integration issues</li><li>Create management reports as per scheduled timelines</li><li>Provide documentation and explanations for cash and bank-related audit queries</li><li>Coordinate with AP teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing</li><li>Liaise with banking partners for operational issues, account queries, and service improvements</li><li>Track key performance indicators related to cash and bank processes (e.g., reconciliation timeliness, error rates)</li><li>Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Identify ideas for process improvement utilizing best practices</li><li>Respond to customer queries within stipulated timeline as per agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)</li><li>Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS.</li><li>Assist team leader in a timely and appropriate manner with regards to MIS and Bank management activities</li><li>Timeliness : Perform MIS and Bank management tasks as per defined turnaround time</li><li>Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy rate in day-to-day activities to ensure SLA’s are met</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p> <p><strong>Working Hours:</strong></p><p>8.5 hours / day (UK Shift)</p>
