What we're looking for: • Strong knowledge of at least one subject or field. • A university or academic background is an advantage. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly. • A genuine interest in helping students learn. • A PhD is not required. • Previous teaching experience is helpful but not essential.
