<p>The National Field Trainer (NFT) supports a Brand or Franchise organization in the design and delivery of training solutions to a field sales organization. An NFT ensures both Training &amp; Development and Brand Strategy is effectively represented in all training programs and solutions. This role is accountable to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and manage several stakeholders at various levels. The role requires a high level of performance coaching, strategy alignment/execution, and application of training fundamentals to enhance performance learning of participants.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases effectiveness and credibility of participants</li><li>Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships</li><li>Leverages existing Learning &amp; Development core platforms and content within the specific Franchise/Brand training products, to limit duplicative efforts</li><li>Demonstrates direct and open communication key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignment</li><li>Provides candid and specific verbal &amp; written feedback resulting in training participants being aware of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performance</li><li>Recognizes the skill level of training participants and adjusts coaching and training techniques to meet the needs of individuals</li><li>Develops Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers by providing them a meaningful role in the class, one-to-one coaching including performance feedback</li><li>Demonstrates and applies knowledge of all stakeholder businesses, strategies and priorities and integrates training activities into brand team business plans</li><li>Recognized as a product and disease-state expert as well as an expert in non-therapeutic areas such as customer and business skills</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>3+ years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience</li><li>Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP)</li><li>Project management experience and/or proven ability to manage in a matrixed organization</li><li>High performing sales track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals at all levels of management to develop partnerships and align training with the business strategy</li><li>Proven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage to the organization</li><li>Preferred: Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer experience</li></ul> <p>Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or&#xa0;local law:&#xa0;​</p><ul><li><p>The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company&#xa0;believes in&#xa0;good faith it will pay for this roleat &#xa0;the&#xa0;time&#xa0;of&#xa0;this posting based on the job grade for this position.&#xa0;Individual&#xa0;compensation paid within this range will depend on manyfactors &#xa0;including &#xa0;geographic&#xa0;location,&#xa0;and&#xa0;we&#xa0;may ultimately&#xa0; pay more or less than the posted range.
