<p>CyberArk Transformation Lead</p><p><strong>Experience:&#xa0;</strong>12–15+ Years</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>The CyberArk Transformation Lead will lead enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiatives using CyberArk, defining strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery for large-scale security transformation programs.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead CyberArk transformation programs from assessment through production deployment.</li><li>Define PAM strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.</li><li>Conduct current-state assessments and design future-state architecture.</li><li>Lead customer workshops and executive discussions.</li><li>Develop migration strategies from legacy PAM solutions.</li><li>Manage architects, engineers, testers, and integration specialists.</li><li>Define implementation standards and security best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, application, IAM, and security teams.</li><li>Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive reporting.</li><li>Establish CyberArk Center of Excellence (CoE).</li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>CyberArk PAM, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA</li><li>Identity Security Platform</li><li>Active Directory, LDAP</li><li>Windows/Linux Administration</li><li>Azure, AWS, GCP</li><li>IAM and Enterprise Security Architecture</li></ul><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul><li>CyberArk Defender</li><li>CyberArk Sentry</li><li>CyberArk Guardian</li><li>CISSP</li><li>CISM</li><li>Azure Security</li><li>AWS Security Specialty</li></ul> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
