CREATIVE LEAD (GRAPHIC DESIGN & MARKETING)

Own the creative bar on a real client account — not just execute someone else's brief. Yokly is a Remote Operations Partner — we free business leaders to achieve more by sharing the load through people, process, and automation. Creative work is part of that promise: what you build shows up directly in a client's brand, campaigns, and results. This seat exists because one client account needs a creative owner, not just a contributor. Your Role & Contract • Contract type: Independent Contractor • Full-time • Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client What you'll own: • End-to-end creative delivery for your assigned account — you're still hands-on in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva, not just reviewing other people's work • The creative quality bar for that account, from brand consistency to platform-ready polish across video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and design (social, decks, collateral, infographics) • Mentorship of junior Creators working alongside you on the account — as a senior peer sharing what you know, not a manager running performance reviews • Early visibility into risk — you flag scope or timeline issues before they become client problems What we're looking for: • Required software: proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, plus Figma and Canva • Senior-level experience across graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, and/or creative direction • A portfolio that shows range across video and design, plus real evidence you've mentored, directed, or elevated other creatives' work • Comfortable owning an account's creative output with minimal oversight — you set the bar, you don't wait to be told where it is What's in it for you: • Permanent Work-From-Home setup • Weekends off — Saturdays and Sundays are yours • HMO coverage with Maxicare upon regularization, with the option to add dependents • Wellness checks and support services • Paid Time Off: 40 hours in year 1, growing to 120 hours with tenure • Sick Leave: 40 hours (16 available even during probation) • Mental Health Leave: 8 hours a year • Special leaves: birthday, bereavement, and paternity leave • Holiday observance: U.S. holidays plus select Philippine Holy Week dates • Convert unused PTO to cash • Company-provided equipment • Yokly's 13th Month Pay • A Welcome Kit, plus tokens for birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries Ready to own an account's creative direction?
