You own our entire organic growth function - content strategy, SEO, GEO (AI-search visibility), the publishing process, conversion, and the analytics behind it and you produce the core content yourself. You set the strategy and your own briefs, keep the cadence steady, coordinate technical changes with engineering, and are accountable for content that ships, ranks, and converts. Responsibilities: • Strategy: Collaborate with a SEO specialist to define SEO, GEO, and content strategy and topic/keyword priorities - set your own briefs • Cadence: Own the content calendar and enforce a consistent, steady publishing cadence • Process: Run the draft → review → publish tracking process so content flows reliably without chasing • GEO / AI search: Optimize for visibility in AI/LLM search answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI), not just classic rankings • Technical SEO: Coordinate technical SEO changes with the dev team (URL structure, hub pages, staging, on-page) • Conversion & analytics: Own conversion optimization and organic analytics - CTAs and lead capture, GA4, Search Console and reporting on what shipped and what it produced • Link building: Oversee link-building and outreach execution
