ENTRY LEVEL DATA/BUSINESS ANALYST

We’re looking for an enthusiastic entry-level candidate who enjoys working with information, solving problems, and learning how businesses operate.</p><p>You don’t need years of experience for this position. We value curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to turn information into something useful.</p><p><strong>In This Role, You’ll</strong></p><ul><li>Work with datasets and help prepare information for analysis</li><li>Look for patterns and trends that can help teams make better decisions</li><li>Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements</li><li>Help create process flows, reports, presentations, and other project materials</li><li>Support dashboard and reporting activities using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau</li><li>Participate in application and user testing and record issues when they arise</li><li>Keep project information and documentation organized</li><li>Work alongside different teams on process improvement projects</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any discipline</li><li>0–1 years of experience; internships, college projects, bootcamps, or training programs are welcome</li><li>Good communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong interest in working with data and business processes</li><li>Comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new software</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Positive attitude with a willingness to ask questions and learn</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team</li></ul> <p>Work Authorization</p><p>Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
