Job description

<ul><li>Leads the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for the assigned positions open in the United States and Canada&#xa0;including screening, interviewing, testing, presenting offers and running reference/background checks</li><li>Develops job advertisements and recruitment materials</li><li>Posts and maintains advertisements on career websites and other media platforms</li><li>Sources potential candidates via job boards, resume databases and social media</li><li>Utilizes referral channels to identify qualified candidates</li><li>Liaises with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles and full cycle recruitment process</li><li>Screens resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience in relation to position requirements</li><li>Organizes and schedules interviews, conducts and reports on first stage interviews of candidates for various level positions</li><li>Develops candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI and maintains an effective talent pool</li><li>Maintains a database of applicants and interview outcomes using the applicant tracking system</li><li>Establishes ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand the position requirements, business and recruitment needs</li><li>Advises hiring managers on industry talent acquisition trends and job market</li><li>Develops awareness of PSI business and functional areas to target and hire the best talent</li><li>Acts as a point of contract for job candidates, promotes PSI employer brand and ensures positive candidate experience during the hiring process</li><li>Provides progress and analytical recruiting reports on the open positions to the hiring manager, and Training &amp; Resourcing</li><li>Determines the effectiveness and implements improvement of current recruiting processes and methods for their assigned positions</li></ul> <ul><li>At least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experience</li><li>Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus</li><li>Experience with usage of the applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, or/and candidate management systems</li><li>Knowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methods</li><li>Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices</li></ul><p>For this position, PSI is not hiring individuals who require work visa for employment or continued employment now or anytime in the future.</p> <p>If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.</p>
