This individual will work directly with Relationship Managers on transactions and will be required to interact with outside counsel, company principals, and internal partners (operations, compliance, legal, etc.) to onboard new escrow and payment administration appointments and administer the deals post-closing to ensure compliance with the governing documents. They will be the primary point of contact for all participants in the M&A escrow and payment transactions. Additionally, the Relationship Associate will have the primary role of acting as a bridge between the deal parties and our internal operations and payments teams to ensure that these groups are processing the deal correctly. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing an exceptional client experience, have good availability and a sense of urgency, be able to juggle various time-sensitive responsibilities, and be detail-oriented. Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected. If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year. Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $70k - $80k, depending on level of experience.
