ENGINEERING MANAGER (INFRA)

<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Engineering Manager</strong> to lead and scale our engineering teams building a high-performance trading platform. You will be responsible for people leadership, delivery excellence, and technical direction across a hybrid infrastructure.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and business, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and scalability in a latency-sensitive environment.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Own delivery, quality, and technical outcomes for your teams</div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Own strategic initiatives in engineering department</div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Partner closely with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution</div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Drive and evolve engineering processes: planning, estimation, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management</div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Guide architectural decisions for systems running on hybrid infrastructure</div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Ensure high availability, performance, and observability of production systems</div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Identify and reduce technical debt, while maintaining delivery velocity</div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Hire, onboard, mentor, and grow engineers; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews</div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <div>Foster a culture of ownership, customer first, and result-oriented</div> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of professional software engineering experience</li> <li>3+ years in an Engineering Manager role</li> <li>Background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains</li> <li>Strong understanding of backend systems</li> <li>Experience operating systems on different cloud systems (EC2, networking, security, monitoring)</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies</li> <li>Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logging, alerting) and performance monitoring</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Will be a plus</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with on-premise infrastructure and hybrid environments</li> <li>Hands-on experience in Ruby</li> <li>Experience with low-latency or high-throughput systems</li> <li>Exposure to trading, fintech, or market-data platforms</li> <li>Experience scaling teams and systems</li> <li>Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
