Your Role Oasis is building a strong, scalable Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) offering to support independent and community-based primary care practices. As a Medical Coder/AR Specialist, you will play a vital role in keeping the revenue cycle moving - from accurate outpatient coding and clean claim submission through payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial resolution. You will work across the billing lifecycle to identify and resolve issues that could delay or impact reimbursement, while also serving as a resource for providers and patients when coding or billing questions arise. Your work will help reduce revenue leakage, improve collections, and create a better experience for the practices and patients we serve.
