MS DYNAMICS 365/POWER PLATFORM CONSULTANT

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Consultant to analyse business processes and user requirements, design functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, and configure systems to meet business needs. Responsibilities • Analyse business processes and gather user requirements through workshops and interviews. • Facilitate and lead requirements workshops with stakeholders and business teams. • Design functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 aligned to business needs. • Configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components according to agreed specifications. • Prepare functional documentation, process descriptions and user stories for development and testing. • Collaborate closely with developers, solution architects and business teams to ensure solution quality and alignment. • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user support during test cycles. • Support deployment activities and ongoing enhancement of existing Dynamics 365 implementations. Qualifications • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. • Familiarity with Copilot Studio is a significant advantage. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically Sales and Customer Service modules. • Proven participation in low-code projects or configuration-driven business solution implementations. • Ability to produce clear functional specifications and user stories. • Strong collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders. • Professional working proficiency in English. • Knowledge of German is desirable but not required.
