SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (REMOTE)

<p>M3 Global Research, an M3 company is looking for a <strong>Senior QA Engineer</strong>&#xa0;to manage the daily QA activity related to work submitted by the Engineering Team. The <strong>Senior QA Engineer&#xa0;</strong>will be responsible for testing products to ensure that the software runs smoothly and meets client needs both in functionality and scale.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Including, but not limited to the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.</li><li>Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team and development team.</li><li>Coordinates product testing processes.</li><li>Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.</li><li>Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.</li><li>Works with manager to help communicate releases to the business</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and/or related work experience</li><li>4+ years of relevant QA/testing automation experience</li><li>Experience with business software systems and user management</li><li>Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes</li><li>Teamwork oriented</li><li>Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities</li><li>Ingenuity and the willingness to learn new techniques.</li><li>Superior problem-solving ability; an analytical mindset</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written</li></ul><p><strong>AI and Automation Expectations:</strong></p><p><strong>Including, but not limited to the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and workflows, including how to leverage LLMs to generate test cases, analyze logs, and identify edge cases</li><li>Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cypress for end-to-end browser-based testing</li><li>Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or comparable frameworks for validating service-layer behavior</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms such as Testim, Mabl, or Functionize that use ML to create and maintain automated tests</li><li>Understanding of CI/CD integration for automated test pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI</li><li>Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools that improve test coverage, reduce manual effort, and shorten feedback cycles</li><li>Comfort working alongside AI-generated code and validating its correctness through structured test strategies</li><li>Awareness of responsible AI usage in testing, including prompt engineering basics and understanding model limitations</li></ul> <ul><li>We are currently targeting candidates located in Brazil who are willing to work US EST hours</li><li>We kindly ask that you submit your resume in English</li></ul><p>*M3 reserves the right to change this job description to meet the business needs of the organization</p><p><strong>#LI-JM1</strong></p><p><strong>#LI-Remote</strong></p>
