Working alongside the Director, Partner Integration and the New Partner Strategy &amp; Success team, this individual enters post-LOI conversations with incoming partner firms to understand how they operate, including client service workflows and the technology that supports them, and maps that understanding onto Mercer Advisors' operating architecture. Because no prior template exists for this work, the Process Engineer will build the framework as the role evolves, giving the firm a more deliberate, sequenced approach to integration.
