CERTIFIED DATABRICKS INSTRUCTOR

We're looking for a Certified Databricks Instructor who can deliver high-quality technical training and enable professionals to build practical skills across the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You'll combine strong Databricks expertise with excellent instructional and communication skills, delivering engaging learning experiences for technical professionals and enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical, hands-on learning.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliver instructor-led Databricks training programs, workshops, and technical enablement sessions - Facilitate both theoretical and hands-on learning across relevant Databricks technologies - Guide participants through labs, exercises, demonstrations, and real-world use cases - Explain complex data engineering, analytics, AI, and lakehouse concepts clearly - Prepare and maintain training environments, materials, exercises, and supporting documentation - Adapt delivery based on participants' technical backgrounds and learning needs - Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive technical feedback - Stay current with Databricks platform developments, certifications, and recommended practices - Support internal and client enablement initiatives - Maintain consistently high standards of training delivery and learner experience     QUALIFICATIONS Required - Active relevant Databricks certification(s) - Strong hands-on experience with the Databricks platform - Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement sessions - Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, lakehouse, or related data concepts - Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with different experience levels - Strong English communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred - Databricks instructor accreditation or previous experience delivering official Databricks training - Multiple Databricks certifications - Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP - Experience training enterprise clients - English proficiency and Arabic is a plus - Experience within consulting, professional services, or technology training environments     BENEFITS & PERKS - Competitive salary package based on experience and capabilities - Flexible remote-first work environment with work-from-home options depending on responsibilities - Premium medical insurance coverage - Performance-based bonuses and career growth opportunities - Sponsored professional development, training, and certification opportunities - Direct mentorship from experienced data, AI, and technology professionals - Paid annual leave and public holidays If this sounds like the kind of work you want to do, we would like to hear from you.
