The role involves driving end-to-end solution design, configuration, and deployment of Finance processes aligned with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.<br> <br> Key Responsibilities<br> 1. Solution Design &amp; Implementation<br> Lead design and configuration of Finance modules (FI &amp; CO) in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud<br> Implement SAP Best Practice business content and ensure fit-to-standard approach<br> Configure:<br> General Ledger (Universal Journal)<br> Accounts Payable / Receivable<br> Asset Accounting<br> Cost Center Accounting<br> Profit Center Accounting<br> Internal Orders<br> Product Costing (if applicable)<br> <br> 2. Public Cloud-Specific Activities<br> Work with Central Business Configuration (CBC) for scoping and initial setup<br> Drive configuration activities via SSCUI (Self-Service Configuration UI)<br> Ensure adherence to Clean Core and in-app extensibility (Key User tools)<br> Manage 2SL / 3SL landscape (Starter, Dev, Test, Prod)<br> <br> 3. Integration &amp; Cross-Functional Alignment<br> Collaborate with:<br> MM (Procure-to-Pay)<br> SD (Order-to-Cash)<br> PS / Professional Services<br> Ensure integration with:<br> SAP Ariba<br> SAP Concur<br> SAP SuccessFactors<br> Support APIs, IDocs, and event-based integrations<br> <br> 4. Data Migration &amp; Testing<br> Lead data migration using Migration Cockpit<br> Define and execute:<br> Unit Testing<br> Integration Testing (SIT)<br> User Acceptance Testing (UAT)<br> Ensure data consistency across Finance objects<br> <br> 5. Business Process Enablement<br> Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops<br> Translate business requirements into SAP-compliant solutions<br> Drive adoption of standard processes over customization<br> <br> 6. Cutover &amp; Deployment<br> Plan and execute cutover activities<br> Support Go-Live and Hypercare<br> Ensure financial data reconciliation and validation<br> <br> 7. Stakeholder Management<br> Engage with Finance leadership (CFO organization)<br> Provide solution walkthroughs and demos<br> Coordinate with System Integrators and SAP<br> <br> 8. Continuous Improvement<br> Identify automation opportunities (e.g., bank reconciliation, allocations)<br> Leverage tools like:<br> Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC)<br> Group Reporting<br> SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)<br> <br> Required Skills &amp; Experience<br> Must-Have 8–12+ years in SAP FICO with at least 2–3 S/4HANA implementations<br> Minimum 1–2 end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud projects<br> Strong knowledge of:<br> Universal Journal (ACDOCA)<br> Parallel Accounting<br> Revenue Recognition (RAR preferred)<br> Experience with CBC, SSCUI, and Fiori Apps</p> <p>Any Graduation/Post Graduation</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
