<p>With continued growth and strong patient demand, the Henry Ford Health System Department of Family Medicine is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice at&#xa0;<strong>Henry Ford Medical Center - Troy</strong>&#xa0;located in<strong>&#xa0;Troy, MI</strong>. Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed members of the Group and practice exclusively within the organization.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the full spectrum of family medicine</li><li>Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population; experience with older adults and complex care is preferred</li><li>Engage in a collaborative, team-based care model alongside case management, clinical pharmacists, advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff</li><li>Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, with optional involvement in research initiatives</li><li>Monday through Friday schedule</li><li>Contribute to and support a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine</li><li>Completion of residency in an ACGME or AOA accredited program</li></ul>
