<p>Revenue Cycle Supervisor -</p><p>Hours: 7am to 3:30pm with flexibility</p><p>Remote for residents of Michigan</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Lead a dynamic revenue cycle team and drive operational excellence! As Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you'll oversee registration, admissions, insurance verification, and cash operations while building strong partnerships with physicians and clinical staff. You'll develop innovative procedures, optimize productivity, and ensure quality outcomes that directly impact our organization's financial health.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement</li><li>Recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule staff strategically based on service line hours and patient volume</li><li>Conduct meaningful performance reviews and provide coaching to help team members reach their potential</li><li>Identify performance patterns and trends, implementing targeted improvement plans when needed</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Operational Management</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the revenue cycle, ensuring alignment with senior leadership goals</li><li>Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures that drive revenue cycle objectives and operational efficiency</li><li>Assign work strategically, monitor productivity, and maintain accurate timekeeping records</li><li>Track, trend, and analyze reports to identify strategies for meeting departmental goals</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Partner with departmental leadership on quality assessment and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Oversee compliance measures to meet all regulatory agency requirements</li><li>Address process performance issues proactively and implement sustainable solutions</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: </p><ul><li>Associate’s Degree or a minimum of three to four (3-4) years of revenue cycle experience including but not limited to billing, registration/insurance verification, point of service collection related experience is required.&#xa0;</li><li>Two (2) years of progressively more responsible experience preferred.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of revenue cycle processes is preferred.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li></ul>
