AFFILIATE MANAGER – IGAMING (REMOTE EUROPE/LATAM)

Remote | Europe & LATAM | Full-Time or Freelance/Part-Time We are working with a fast-growing iGaming company looking to strengthen its Affiliate team across Europe and LATAM . They are open to both full-time candidates and experienced freelance/part-time Affiliate Managers , making this a flexible opportunity for professionals who already have strong affiliate relationships and networks. The Role You will be responsible for growing and managing the company's affiliate network, identifying new opportunities and driving player acquisition and revenue through high-performing partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing affiliates and partners • Identify and onboard new affiliates, media partners and traffic sources • Develop strong long-term relationships with key partners • Negotiate commercial terms, deals and commission structures • Monitor traffic, player activity, CPA, revenue and overall affiliate performance • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition and increase ROI • Work closely with Marketing, CRM and other internal teams • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors and new acquisition opportunities Requirements • Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager within iGaming • Strong existing network of affiliates and/or media partners • Good understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and other affiliate models • Commercially driven with a strong focus on performance and revenue • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience in European and/or LATAM markets is highly desirable What’s on Offer • Fully remote • Flexible full-time or freelance/part-time engagement • B2B / service agreement • Opportunity to join a fast-growing iGaming company • Competitive package depending on experience, market and existing network • High level of autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact on affiliate growth If you are an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong network and are looking for a flexible remote opportunity, I'd be very interested in hearing from you.
