ROOFING TECHNICIAN

What you will do • Perform commercial roof repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance. • Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, flashing, sealants, and associated components. • Assist with roof inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. • Safely operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection systems. • Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at project sites. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow OSHA regulations and Daniels safety procedures at all times. • Work closely with the Roofing Foreman / Superintendent to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. • Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed. • Travel extensively throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities. What we are looking for • 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred. • Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing. • Knowledge of commercial roofing safety practices and OSHA requirements. • Ability to safely work at heights and in varying weather conditions. • Strong work ethic with a willingness to travel extensively. • Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
