You’ll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy services, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication, learning, and overall success.</span></p><h2><b><span>Why Join Us:</span></b></h2><ul><li><span>CEU and license reimbursement</span></li><li><span>Tuition assistance</span></li><li><span>Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)</span></li><li><span>Paid sick time</span></li><li><span>Spread Pay options available</span></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>What You&#39;ll Do:</span></b></h2><ul><li><span>Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility</span></li><li><span>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals</span></li><li><span>Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students</span></li><li><span>Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation</span></li><li><span>Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration</span></li><li><span>Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation</span></li><li><span>Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable</span></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>What We&#39;re Looking For:</span></b></h2><h3><b><span>Must Have:</span></b></h3><ul><li><span>Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</span></li><li><span>Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances</span></li><li><span>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills</span></li><li><span>Experience working with students in an educational setting</span></li></ul><p></p><h3><b><span>Preferred:</span></b></h3><ul><li><span>One or more years of school-based Speech-Language Pathology experience</span></li><li><span>Experience managing school-based caseloads and IEP compliance</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with student information and IEP documentation systems</span></li><li><span>Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams</span></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>About LinkUp &amp; Point Quest Group:</span></b></h2><p><i><span>Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350&#43; school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
