Job Title:Speech Language PathologyPay Range:$50-$58/ hourly Job Description:2026–2027 School Year | $50–$58/hour | Full-Time | Kauai, HI | School-Based | Hawaii SLP License Required<h2>About the Role:</h2>Provide speech and language therapy services in a school-based setting. You’ll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy services, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication, learning, and overall success.<h2>Why Join Us:</h2><ul><li>CEU and license reimbursement</li><li>Tuition assistance</li><li>Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Spread Pay options available</li></ul><h2>What You'll Do:</h2><ul><li>Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals</li><li>Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students</li><li>Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation</li><li>Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration</li><li>Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress</li><li>Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation</li><li>Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For:</h2><h3>Must Have:</h3><ul><li>Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li><li>Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills</li><li>Experience working with students in an educational setting</li></ul><h3>Preferred:</h3><ul><li>One or more years of school-based Speech-Language Pathology experience</li><li>Experience managing school-based caseloads and IEP compliance</li><li>Familiarity with student information and IEP documentation systems</li><li>Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams</li></ul><h2>About LinkUp & Point Quest Group:</h2>Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
