If so, we're looking for a Database Administrator to join our team on the journey to success! What You’ll do: • Manage and administer enterprise database systems across on-premises (MSSQL Server) and cloud (Azure SQL) environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity • Monitor database performance, identify and address performance bottlenecks, and optimize queries for enhanced efficiency • Oversee database security by implementing access controls, encryption, and regular security audits • Handle database backups, disaster recovery, and ensure data integrity through routine maintenance and testing • Collaborate with software developers to design and implement database structures that support application functionality • Participate in capacity planning, resource utilization analysis, and growth projections for future database requirements • Respond to and resolve database-related incidents and outages in a timely manner • Support data migration efforts across environments (on-premises to Azure, version upgrades, consolidations) • Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, schemas, procedures, and runbooks
