Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, high-performing Insurance Specialist / Medical Receptionist with a background in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Pain Medicine. This is a high-volume, phone-centric role designed for a cheery, upbeat professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. EHR Requirement: At least 1 year of hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) is strictly required. Specialty Background: Prior experience working in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Pain Medicine . Insurance Expertise: Hands-on experience managing the full insurance verification cycle , securing prior authorizations , and handling both Commercial insurances and Personal Injury (PIP/Workers' Comp) claims. Phone & Conversion Skills: Proven track record handling high-volume medical calls in a metrics-driven environment with a clear, confident, and warm English phone presence. Work Ethic: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with performance-based accountability. Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a starting pay rate of $6 per hour, depending on skill set and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, Eastern Time Zone.
