REMOTE ARABIC INTERPRETER (NIGHT SHIFT)

💼 Position: Arabic-English Interpreter 🏠 Work Arrangement: Fully Remote 💰 Pay: RM30/hour (approximately RM4,800/month with full attendance) 🕒 Schedule: 5 working days/week, 2 days off ⏰ Working Hours • Night shift, starting anytime between 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Malaysia Time) • 8 working hours + 1-hour break per shift • Weekend work may be required based on the company roster 📞 Job Responsibilities • Provide accurate Arabic ↔ English live interpretation across industries including healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services. • Communicate professionally with speakers of different accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles. • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call. 🎓 Training & Mentoring 3-Week Training • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM • Mostly self-paced online learning • Approximately 2 days of live online sessions • Training allowance: RM2,600+ 4-Week Mentoring • Follows the actual night-shift schedule • Handle real interpretation calls under an experienced mentor • RM30/hour during mentoring • Performance during mentoring will determine progression to the full-time interpreter role. ⭐ Benefits • 14 days paid sick leave • 12 days annual leave • Selected Malaysia & US public holidays 📋 Hiring Process • Pre-assessment • English Assessment • Arabic Assessment • 3-week Training • 4-week Mentoring • Full-time interpreter placement upon successful completion
