CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - DUTCH SPEAKER | LISBON, PORTUGAL

An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their Dutch-speaking team. It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied. What you'd be doing: • Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email • Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated • Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality • Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source What we're looking for: • Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal • Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential • Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems Details: • Work model: Remote Relocation support, where offered, is handled directly with the employer and discussed during the process - happy to walk you through what applies here.
