BUSINESS / FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

We are looking for a Business / Functional Analyst ( based in Italy). 📍 Location: Italy 🏢 Work model: 100% remote 🤝 B2B – up to 32,5 €/h net + VAT About the client: The company specializes in employee benefits and payment solutions. Its portfolio includes meal cards and vouchers, employee mobility solutions, and incentive and benefits programs. About the project: Large Salesforce project. Responsibilities: • Authors the standalone Functional Analysis — an artefact required on this stream and not on the others. • Documents the 16 interactio ns functiona lly, the mandate lifecycle, the UTA and X Italia distinction, and the Treasury manual step. • Confirms the perimeter against the empty annex sec.1.1. • Defines the sanity test cases. We are looking for: • Fluency in Italian. • Functional analysis in Italian. • SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management. • Requirements documentation. • Stakeholder workshops. • Knowledge about the Salesforce Platform.
