Be cautious of recruitment fraud, and always confirm that communications are coming from an official Daymark Health email.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Daymark's Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, Care Teams, you will run the day-to-day logistics behind how our care teams get trained and onboarded. Reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations and working closely with the VP of Supportive Care & Nursing, you will own the training calendar, coordinate the subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers who deliver each session, and make sure every new hire completes onboarding on schedule.

Senior leadership will design the training curriculum and set the sequencing, and you'll make sure it runs — starting with our simultaneous market launches in Michigan and California.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Program Design & Delivery

Translate Clinical Operations' training framework into session-level design, including materials, activities, and pacing, within the approved structure.

Manage the trainers and contributors delivering training, including feedback on delivery quality.

Build and maintain the training calendar across markets, sequencing cohorts and overseeing session logistics.

Program Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Review completion data and new hire feedback, and bring recommendations back to senior leadership for approval.

Build reusable templates, job aids, and a training library that scale as new markets launch.

Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and use them to refine content and delivery.

New Market Launch Enablement

Own training week execution and go-live readiness for new market launches, including shadow immersion programs with our existing Rhode Island market.

Partner with Clinical Operations and market leadership to align training timelines with hiring and launch plans, and capture learnings for future launch playbooks.

Participate in market launch planning as the person accountable for getting each cohort trained on time.

Onboarding Infrastructure

Own the new hire onboarding checklist and LMS, ensuring Clinical Operations has an accurate view of completion across markets.

Coordinate SMEs and trainers, confirming availability and distributing materials ahead of each session.

Coordinate with Care Team Managers to ascertain seamless onboarding including facilitation of shadowing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience. 5-8 years of experience in L&D or training program management, including at least one experience scaling a program across multiple sites.

Backbone with Boundaries. Strong enough to argue for a change with data, disciplined enough to work inside Clinical Operations' framework rather than around it.

People Management. Track record managing trainers or training delivery staff.

Program & Project Management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives, launches, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Data-Driven Mindset. Comfortable using data and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Mission-Driven. Passionate about improving the experience of people navigating a cancer diagnosis, and motivated to build the team that delivers on that mission.

Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

Additional Information

The expected compensation for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on location & experience.

This role is fully remote but will operate on East Coast or Central hours.
