The Training & Hiring Lead (TNT) is a hands-on, in-store role responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Domino’s drivers and CSRs. This position works directly inside the stores — coaching on the floor, leading training sessions, and partnering with store leadership to build strong, fully staffed teams.This is an active, people-focused role — not a desk position.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Recruit and interview drivers and CSR candidates</li><li>Lead in-store onboarding and paperwork completion</li><li>Train new team members on systems, service standards, and store operations</li><li>Coach and develop team members on the floor</li><li>Partner with GMs and DMs to ensure stores stay fully staffed</li><li>Follow up with new hires to ensure engagement and retention</li><li>Maintain training records and onboarding documentation</li><li>Support store operations as needed, including one weekend day</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Stores are fully staffed with trained, confident team members</li><li>New hires are set up for success from Day 1</li><li>Turnover decreases because training and follow-up are strong</li><li>Store leaders feel supported in developing their teams</li></ul> What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who loves building teams, developing people, and making an immediate impact inside the store.The ideal candidate is energetic, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications & Traits:<ul><li>Must be available from approximately 10am-10pm</li><li>Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)</li><li>1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, onboarding, shift leadership, or team development</li><li>Valid driver’s license with at least one year of safe driving history, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required</li><li>Ability to travel between multiple store locations</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant direction</li><li>Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for developing others</li><li>Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to assess individual development needs and follow through with coaching plans</li><li>Must enjoy being on the floor, interacting with team members, and leading by example — this is not a desk-based position</li></ul> Compensation & ScheduleJob Type:Full-Time Salary: Base Weekly PayCompensation is based on the number of store locations assigned:<ul><li>2 Locations: $850 per week ($44,200 annually)</li><li>4 Locations: $900 per week ($46,800 annually)</li><li>5 Locations: $950 per week ($49,400 annually)</li><li>6 Locations: $1,000 per week ($52,000 annually)</li></ul>High performers who keep stores fully staffed can significantly increase their annual earnings through weekly bonuses!!Weekly Staffing Bonus OpportunitiesEarn additional weekly bonuses when stores are fully staffed:2 Stores: Up to $100 per week ($5,200 annually)4 Stores: Up to $400 per week ($20,800 annually)5 Stores: Up to $625 per week ($32,500 annually)6 Stores: Up to $900 per week ($46,800 annually) Additional Details:Travel required between assigned stores within your regionTraining providedAn American Express card is provided for fuel and oil changesSchedule:5 days per week1 weekend day requiredFlexible scheduling based on store needs Total Earning Potential for this position (Base + Bonus)2 Stores: Up to $49,400 annually4 Stores: Up to $67,600 annually5 Stores: Up to $81,900 annually6 Stores: Up to $98,800 annually
