Within 90 Days, You'll • Become an expert in Sitetracker technical design, as well as the key value drivers for Sitetracker’s customer verticals. • Own the solution design for core Sitetracker functionality across multiple projects. • Begin establishing trust with customers as a knowledgeable technical authority on Sitetracker, providing clear guidance and rationale. Within 180 Days, You'll • Lead the design across full end-to-end projects, including customer-specific extensions of standard product functionality. • Prescribe industry best practices as a trusted consultant within at least one of Sitetracker’s target verticals. • Proactively identify and introduce reusable patterns or best practices that enhance organizational efficiency and elevate overall delivery quality. Within 365 Days, You'll • Design multi-system technical solutions for enterprise customers. • Deliver presentations of design decisions and completed system build to executive stakeholders. • Independently lead multi-day discovery or design workshops with a wide variety of customer business and tehcniacl stakeholders.
