What You'll Do • Research hotels, resorts, and vacation accommodations based on client preferences and budgets • Compare room types, amenities, locations, and available travel options • Assist with hotel, resort, and other travel reservations • Research destinations and help identify options that fit individual travel needs • Coordinate additional travel arrangements and vacation details when requested • Organize reservation confirmations and important trip information • Communicate with clients regarding booking details, updates, and important deadlines • Assist with reservation modifications and travel updates when needed • Maintain accurate and organized booking and client information • Stay informed about hotels, destinations, travel products, and available supplier resources • Provide professional support throughout the research and booking process What We're Looking For • Strong communication and customer service skills • Good organization and attention to detail • Comfortable researching and comparing options online • Basic computer and internet proficiency • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Willingness to learn booking platforms and travel resources • Dependable and professional communication • Interest in hotels, resorts, hospitality, vacations, or travel No Previous Travel Experience Required Previous hotel booking or travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn reservation procedures, supplier platforms, destination research, client communication, and booking fundamentals.
