CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (PART TIME, PROJECT BASED, REMOTE)

Overview: STAFFVIRTUAL is hiring Customer Service Representatives for the holiday peak season . This role is ideal for self-starters with experience in tickets, email, phone, and chat support. You'll thrive in a startup-style environment, working without rigid scripts, and delivering authentic, helpful support to subscribers. Responsibilities : • Provide responsive, high-quality support across tickets, email, phone, and chat. • Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. • Collaborate with the support team via Slack and Google Workspace. • Manage and track customer interactions using Gorgias. • Adapt to customer needs without relying on strict scripts. • Suggest improvements to enhance customer support processes. Qualifications: • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. • Must have prior experience in multi-channel support (tickets, email, phone, chat). • Excellent written and spoken English; natural, conversational communication style. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup. • Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection. • Willing to work night shift • Familiarity with Gorgias, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus. Schedule: GY shift (US time) Setup: Remote / WFH Important Note: This is a part-time, project-based role for the holiday/peak season , requiring 20 hours per week , with the possibility of additional hours as needed .
