Globe Life is looking for an <b>Agent Licensing Specialist </b>to join the team!</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and monitoring the life cycle of agents appointed with American Income Life Insurance Company, enabling them to sell products for their appointing company. This includes regular direct contact with the Department of Insurance, agents, and department vendors via telephone, email, and written correspondence, as well as the collection, cleaning, recording, and retrieval of data from multiple sources. Responsibilities also include independent evaluation of source documents, verification for accuracy, updating internal and external systems, preparing reports, and managing data storage and retrieval systems.</p><p></p><p><b>This is a remote / work-from-home position.</b></p><p></p><p><u><b>What You Will Do:</b></u></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Issue agent numbers, activations, terminations, and non-codes.</p></li><li><p>Review and update Agent Automation for rehires and approvals.</p></li><li><p>Process state appointments, terminations, and expired licenses, including adding, updating, and renewing.</p></li><li><p>Verify and update biographical, demographical, and banking information.</p></li><li><p>Process promotions, demotions, transfers, and splits.</p></li><li><p>Maintain error reporting and perform reject corrections.</p></li><li><p>Ensure hierarchies are set up properly to support accurate commission payments.</p></li><li><p>Handle and secure sensitive agent information, including personal and payment-related data.</p></li><li><p>Make logical, independent decisions based on company guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Monitor group email boxes and respond in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Answer phone calls and emails; resolve complex problems and suggest alternatives.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with state insurance boards, agents, and management, both verbally and in writing.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with external vendors and the Department of Insurance on behalf of the company.</p></li><li><p>Report workflow issues, interdepartmental concerns, emergencies, or unsafe situations to supervisor with a sense of urgency.</p></li><li><p>Participate in testing stages of Licensing Systems programming and implementation.</p></li><li><p>Complete analysis to process and pay state invoices.</p></li><li><p>Assist with in-office tasks such as filing, sorting, scanning, mail distribution, and returned mail.</p></li><li><p>Participate in state audits requiring accuracy of mass data and timely evaluation.</p></li><li><p>Review compliance vendor information and suggest updates.</p></li><li><p>Assist with departmental agent communications.</p></li><li><p>Perform periodic data evaluations and update records as necessary to ensure accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Other duties and/or projects as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3></h3><p><u><b>What You Can Bring:</b></u></p><p></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years of office experience.</p></li><li><p>Insurance background, especially in Agent Licensing, desirable.</p></li><li><p>Experience with database management very helpful.</p></li><li><p>Accounting experience preferred.</p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#000000"><b><u>How American Income Life Will Support You:</u></b></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000">Looking to continue your career in an environment that values your contribution and invests in your growth?
