Job description

Accountabilities: • Lead and scale a global sales order bookings and consumables quoting team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution that supports revenue recognition and customer satisfaction. • Drive operational excellence by establishing and maintaining adherence to defined Turnaround Times (TATs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and compliance requirements. • Oversee high-volume sales order and order-to-cash activities across Europe and North America, ensuring consistent execution and minimizing delays, errors, revenue leakage, and operational risk. • Partner with global Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to streamline order execution, resolve operational friction, and improve the overall customer and internal experience. • Monitor operational performance and ensure teams consistently meet established productivity, quality, turnaround-time, and service-level targets. • Lead, coach, and develop team members while building a culture centered on accountability, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality execution. • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and optimize processes, contributing to transformation initiatives, system improvements, and scalable operating models. • Manage cross-regional workflows and stakeholder relationships across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring effective communication and coordination across multiple time zones. • Use operational reporting and analytics to identify performance trends, uncover bottlenecks, and support data-driven decisions for process and team improvements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related discipline. • 8–12 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function. • 3–5 years of people management experience, preferably leading operational, transactional, or high-volume support teams. • Proven experience managing sales order booking and/or order-to-cash execution for global or multi-regional sales organizations. • Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems. • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively against defined TATs, SLAs, quality metrics, and performance targets in high-volume environments. • Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones, including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. • Strong understanding of operational processes, service delivery, transaction management, and revenue-support functions. • Experience participating in process improvement or transformation initiatives, including automation, standardization, system migrations, or workflow redesign, is highly valued. • Experience managing large-scale transactional operations and using reporting or analytics tools to track operational performance is a plus. • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to create an environment of accountability and continuous improvement while effectively managing competing priorities in a global organization.
