Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our talented Infrastructure team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.   ** Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens and capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Public Trust security clearance. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the Public Trust investigation. **Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).  </li><li>Establish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs.  </li><li>Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.  </li><li>Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.  </li><li>Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling.  </li><li>Consolidate contractors schedule to incorporate into IMS.  </li><li>Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.  </li><li>Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action.  </li><li>Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.  </li><li>Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule.  </li><li>Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.  </li><li>Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.  </li><li>Assure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule.  </li><li>Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all projects stages.  </li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction. </li><li>Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience. </li><li>Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.  </li><li>Expertise using Primavera P6.  </li><li>Excellent communication skills.  </li></ul> *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs* *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
