SCRUM MASTER / DELIVERY COACH

<p>Delivery Coach / Scrum Master — Salesforce (Primary) &amp; NetSuite (Secondary)</p><p>Overview</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Delivery Coach / Scrum Master to lead delivery, primarily for our Salesforce team (approximately 90% of the role), with the remaining 10% supporting the NetSuite team. In this role you will act as a servant-leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile (and other) principles, and creating the conditions for high, sustainable delivery. You will remove impediments, protect the team's focus, and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation and coaching skills with familiarity with the Salesforce delivery landscape.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Serve as the primary Scrum Master for the Salesforce team (~90% of the role), facilitating all core Scrum ceremonies.</p></li><li><p>Provide Scrum Master support to the NetSuite team as needed (~10% of the role), coordinating across both workstreams.</p></li><li><p>Coach both teams on Agile and Scrum practices, driving continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate retrospectives that surface honest insights and produce concrete, tracked improvement actions.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Identify, track, and remove impediments that block progress across the Salesforce and NetSuite teams.</p></li><li><p>Protect the teams from external disruption and help maintain a sustainable pace.</p></li><li><p>Partner with product owners to keep backlogs healthy, refined, and well-prioritised.</p></li><li><p>Manage cross-team dependencies, especially where Salesforce and NetSuite integrate.</p></li><li><p>Maintain transparent reporting on sprint health, delivery metrics, and progress for stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p>Required Skills &amp; Experience</p><ul><li><p>Solid, demonstrable understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching delivery teams.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.</p></li><li><p>Effective stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.</p></li><li><p>Ability to remove impediments and promote team self-organisation.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with an Agile work-tracking tool and delivery reporting.</p></li></ul><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li><p>3–5 years in a Scrum Master role.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting Salesforce delivery teams or projects.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to NetSuite projects or ERP delivery.</p></li><li><p>Relevant Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).</p></li></ul><p>Tools &amp; Systems</p><ul><li><p>Salesforce — primary supported platform (~90%).</p></li><li><p>NetSuite — secondary supported platform (~10%).</p></li><li><p>Agile work-tracking tool — for backlog, sprint boards, and reporting.
