SPANISH-ENGLISH REMOTE INTERPRETER

The interpreter needs to be able to process information quickly and accurately in a professional manner. It is essential to ensure a quiet and secure environment. Notepads, writing utensils, glossaries, and dictionaries are useful tools. Candidate Qualifications: • Fluency in English and Spanish • B ased in Latin America • Minimum 1 year of interpretation experience • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy • Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions • Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, with permission or at the request of the client Technical Requirements: • 90% English proficiency • Steady wired internet connection • USB wired headset • Windows 10 or Mac What we offer you: • Fully remote — work from your home office • Full-time contractor position • Immediate availability to start after onboarding • Monthly payments Your responsibilities: • Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter’s code of conduct • Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary (especially healthcare and medical terminology) • Participate in internal professional training • Communicate and report to your team leader *Based on your location, language testing and background check may be required.
