New opening: Customer Support Representative, Athens, Greece. Portuguese speakers encouraged to apply. Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself. What you'd be doing: • Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly • Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality • Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current • Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email What we're looking for: • Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential • Fluent Portuguese, written and spoken • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems • Comfortable communicating in Portuguese at a professional level Details: • Work model: Remote Relocation support, where offered, is handled directly with the employer and discussed during the process - happy to walk you through what applies here.
