SENIOR AI PRODUCT MANAGER (M/F/D)

<p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive the <strong>roadmap and vision</strong> for AI products &amp; solutions, and business insights tools.</li><li><strong>Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements</strong> and ensure solutions deliver measurable impact.</li><li><strong>Define value proposition</strong> of the AI products and define <strong>success KPIs</strong>. Identify and document key use cases.</li><li><strong>Drive stakeholder engagement</strong>, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of AI solutions.</li><li>Work closely with (AI) engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to transform concepts into scalable products.</li><li>Champion <strong>data democratization and AI adoption</strong> across the company through innovative product design.</li></ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You bring <strong>experience in product management</strong>, with a focus on AI, machine learning or data science products.</li><li>You combine strong <strong>technical knowledge</strong> (Azure, GCP, Databricks, AI/ML, LLM technologies etc.) with a passion for turning insights into action.</li><li>You have experience in successfully driving implementation of products from design and conceptualization to actual working features and use cases.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>English</strong> (spoken &amp; written); knowledge of another European language is a plus.</li><li>You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and have the <strong>storytelling skills</strong> to communicate complex topics simply.</li></ul> <p><strong>About your benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different site-specific benefits:</p><ul><li><strong>Sports</strong>: Stay healthy.
