<p><b>Hybrid Co-ordinator Role: Roster and Workflow Coordinator and Radiology Support Officer</b></p><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive <b>Roster and Workflow Coordinator</b> and <b>Radiology Support Officer</b> to join our <b>IDXt </b>team in a hybrid role.</p><p></p><p>Based in Western Australia, with options to work <b>remotely </b>across a flexible roster with at least 1 weekend shift per fortnight.</p><p></p><p>This is a key coordination role supporting our Radiologists and ensuring effective rostering, workflow management and day-to-day service delivery across our teleradiology operations.</p><p></p><p>Working closely with Radiologists, operational leaders and internal teams, you will coordinate reporting coverage, respond to changing workflow requirements and help ensure our services run smoothly.</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate and maintain Radiologist rosters to ensure appropriate reporting coverage across IDXt services.</li><li>Monitor reporting workflows and assist with the allocation and coordination of Radiologist workloads.</li><li>Proactively manage roster changes, leave, availability and coverage requirements.</li><li>Work collaboratively with Radiologists, Operations, IT and other internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain effective service delivery.</li><li>Provide timely support to Radiologists, assist with queries and ensure we report studies within turnaround expectations.</li><li>Answering incoming calls.</li><li>Worklist management – actively monitoring reporting lists, load balancing based on skillset and location when multiple radiologists rostered.</li><li>Investigating and following up incomplete examinations and critical results notifications.</li><li>Provide broader administrative and operational support as required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p></p><p>You are a highly organised and dependable coordinator who thrives in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll be confident communicating with medical professionals and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.</p><p></p><p>You will ideally bring:</p><ul><li>Previous experience in <b>rostering, workforce coordination, support, healthcare administration or a similar coordination role</b>.</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.</li><li>A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to respond calmly to changing operational requirements.</li><li>Strong computer and administrative skills.</li><li>The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Previous experience within <b>healthcare, medical imaging or radiology</b> will be highly regarded.</li><li>Experience with medical credentialing, accreditation or Radiologist administration would be advantageous.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Join IDX?</b></p><p></p><p>At Integral Diagnostics, we believe in building a healthier world, one patient at a time.
