Come build with us. </div> Overview of the Role <ul> <li>Some of our clients are seeking a dedicated Deductions Specialist to assist them with managing, reconciling, and clearing deductions. This CPG detective will be responsible for effectively researching, analyzing, documenting, and resolving a variety of deduction claim types in accordance with client specific standards and procedures. The ideal candidate would be well organized, detail oriented with excellent communication skills, and able to work independently.</li> <li>Location: Remote </li> <li>Salary range: $45,000 - $48,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.</li> <li>At C.A. we’re not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to a us and grow their careers long-term. Fortune <ul> <li>Communicate openly with clients and internal sales department to resolve deduction inquiries </li> <li>Gather claim documentation, investigate, and analyze to validate customer deductions </li> <li>Maintain necessary data to follow up and keep track of deductions </li> <li>Process credits to offset resolved deductions </li> <li>Work in web-based trade management systems for contracted customers </li> <li>Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service </li> <li>Handle and manage incoming calls and emails from internal & external partners </li> <li>Will handle all other tasks as assigned </li> </ul> What You Should Bring to the Table <ul> <li>Prior CPG deductions experienced (required) </li> <li>Must possess good computer skills as well as be a team player with a positive attitude</li> <li>Previous professional experience using Microsoft Office</li> <li>Organized and detail oriented </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Strong multitasking skills </li> <li>High attention to detail </li> <li>Must be able to solve problems with urgency </li> <li>Previous customer service experience is a plus </li> <li>Prior experience with a broker/manufacturer a plus </li> </ul> You Will Stand Out if You Have <ul> <li>You have UNFI and/or KeHE deductions experience </li> <li>You have worked in a trade management system (ex: Vividly, BluePlanner) </li> </ul> Perks <ul> <li>PTO & Sick Days</li> <li>11 paid company holidays per year</li> <li>1 Floating Holiday </li> <li>2 paid volunteer days per year </li> <li>3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) </li> <li>Medical, dental, and vision </li> <li>Paid company life insurance </li> <li>401k with company match </li> <li>Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) </li> <li>Work from home flexibility </li> <li>Bonus Eligible</li> </ul> Come As You Are C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
