<p><b><u>Job Description:</u></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><p></p><p><b>Finishing &amp; Assembly:</b></p><ul><li>Perform finishing operations using various finishing equipment such as grommet press, sewing machine, cutters, and various hand tools safely, efficiently and accurately.</li><li> Packaging of signage products according to individual product and work order specifications.</li><li>Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance and report equipment issues or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Read and interpret work orders and establish priority needs to meet deadlines and due dates and stage finished products for shipping, pickup and/or installation.</li><li>Assist with monitoring and replenishing finishing materials and supplies and notify Supervisor and/or Production Manager in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Quality Control:</b></p><ul><li>Inspect finished products to verify accuracy, quality and adherence to company and client standards to ensure final products meet all work order requirements before release.</li><li>Identify defects or inconsistencies and communicate issues promptly for correction</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with production and shipping teams to support efficient workflow.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></p><p></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or manufacturing training is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience in a finishing, manufacturing, or signage production environment preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with finishing tools, equipment, and materials used in signage production.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.</li><li>Good communication skills and a positive, reliable work ethic.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Environment</b></p><p></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or manufacturing training is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience in a finishing, manufacturing, or signage production environment preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.</li><li>Capability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds with or without assistance.</li><li>Ability to bend, reach, kneel and work with tools and equipment throughout the shift.</li></ul><ul></ul><p>True Up is an equal opportunity employer.
