SOFTWARE ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Location: Lisboa,Lisboa,Portugal Overview: The leading bank in the European Union is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist. The objective of the activity is to ensure the software compliance: no more usages than licences purchased; software optimization: close monitoring of unused licences; a close articulation with the Contract management activity: analysing and extracting relevant information from contracts. What will you do? • Understand the Group governance and rules for SAM activity and ensure its deployment • Enforce the rules • Contribute to draft any procedure or documentation for awareness purpose • Collect evidences of software usages and purchase • Contracts and amendment or Purchase Order and related invoices • Maintenance payment • Follow up the action plans to ensure the software compliance or optimization: uninstallation, transfer or purchase • Liaise with the teams in charge and ensure to raise any alert on time to management • Update the related documentation: • Global follow up of usages versus purchases and maintenance payment • Actions plans • Documentation per software (metric, purchase rules, specificities and attention points) by analyzing contracts and extracting the relevant information • Post inventories' summary • Contribute to provide the right level of reporting What are we looking for? • At least 3 years of experience in IT • Experience in Software Asset Management • ITIL certification (considered a plus) • Knowledge of PowerBI • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and remote teams • Fluent in English • French notions What can you expect from us? • A permanent job contract for a long term project; • Tech equipment + SIM Card + personal smartphone; • Health and Life Insurance; • Social events and team buildings; • The commitment of letting you grow with us, and be rewarded accordingly; • A dynamic and young team that will be always there to support you; • Training in the latest technologies; • Coffee, fruits, snacks and a warm welcoming when you pass by the office.
