REGIONAL DEMAND PLANNER

<p><strong><u>Principal Duties And Responsibilities </u></strong></p><ul><li>Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation.</li><li>Review and articulate historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and prepare forecast data and monthly demand review.</li><li>Understand when statistical models can be leveraged or human intervention required.</li><li>Ability to develop new item forecasts.</li><li>Interact with sales, supply chain, and product management teams to understand demand forecast drivers.</li><li>Utilize a collaborative approach to ensure current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.</li><li>Lead the monthly regional Demand Reviews and attend other required S&amp;OP meetings.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and evaluate metrics, dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accuracy and optimal results</li><li>Extract and integrate data from multiple sources using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, and IBP.</li><li>Utilize Business Intelligence tools for ad hoc analysis and reporting.</li><li>Analyze data to provide detailed analysis supporting decision-making initiatives.</li><li>Ability to capture assumptions used and articulate impacts on demand plan.&#xa0;</li><li>Research, implement, and drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes through collaboration with local SCM and Global DP and IBP Lead.</li></ul> <p><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</u></strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Demand Planning, Supply Chain OR equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.</li><li>Professional experience as an Analyst in Sales, Business, or Operations analysis in manufacturing or distribution.</li><li>Proficient in SAP/IBP, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite system software.</li><li>Strong skills in forecasting methodologies.</li><li>Strong Communication: Ability to engage and deliver presentations to stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of Business Analytics and Reporting principles.</li><li>Strong analytical capability and demonstrated ability to collect date, research, and identify problems.</li><li>Strong logic skills with common sense approach and good judgment.</li><li>Ability to utilize data through chart/graphs to tell the story and align key stakeholders from lower levels to C suite</li><li>APICS Certification is a plus</li></ol> <p>For further questions about the position, please contact: gabrielle.correa@oterra.com</p><p>&#xa0;</p>
