About the Role Intermedia is looking for a Manager, Software Development to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers responsible for building the services and capabilities that transform product, customer, and generated data into meaningful, actionable insights. You will be accountable for the team's people, execution, engineering quality, and delivery while partnering closely with Product, AI/ML, Data, DevOps, and other engineering teams. You will help translate our strategy into an executable engineering roadmap, create an environment where engineers can do their best work, and ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, reliable solutions that create measurable value for our customers and business. This role is ideal for an engineering leader who combines strong software development experience with effective people leadership and is excited about building teams and products in a rapidly evolving AI environment.
