<p><strong>The Oracle Cloud HCM Assessment Consultant is essential to sustaining growth and enabling the Eurofins organization to operate efficiently. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to conduct a comprehensive health check and system assessment of our Oracle HCM Cloud environment. This short-term assignment will evaluate the effectiveness, configuration, compliance, and optimization opportunities across all HCM modules, with a strong focus on Payroll and Benefits.</strong></p><p><strong>Reporting to the VP of HR, this position will be expected to deliver a comprehensive health check report along with key findings and actionable recommendations to improve user experience, compliance, and overall operational effectiveness of our Oracle Cloud HCM system. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support HCM cloud activities across the project lifecycle</li><li>Perform a holistic review of the Oracle Cloud HCM system, including Core HR, Payroll (primary focus), Benefits (primary focus), Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Security</li><li>Evaluate system configuration against Oracle leading practices and industry benchmarks</li><li>Assess payroll and benefits workflows within the HCM system by analyzing processes and known bugs, with the goal of identifying opportunities for improved accuracy, compliance, and efficiency</li><li>Assist in maintaining stakeholder alignment and engagement for HCM-related initiatives</li><li>Partner with departments across the organization to identify pain points and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiencies within the HCM platform</li><li>Conduct detailed assessments of Payroll configuration, processing, and controls, earnings, deductions, tax setup, and compliance</li><li>Review payroll reconciliation processes and audit controls</li><li>Conduct detailed assessment of Benefits plan design, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and numerous integrations</li><li>Assess benefits administration accuracy and integration with payroll</li><li>Identify risks, inefficiencies, and overall gaps between system capabilities and business requirements</li><li>Evaluate automation opportunities to remove or limit manual workarounds</li><li>Assess data integrity, reporting capabilities, and data governance practices</li><li>Review inbound/outbound integrations (e.g., vendors, GL, benefits carriers)</li><li>Evaluate system performance and data flows</li><li>Assess use of Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, and reporting tools</li><li>Analyze metrics and reporting to support process improvement and system optimization</li><li>Conduct interviews/workshops with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders</li><li>Gather feedback on system usability and pain points</li><li>Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on best practices</li></ul>
<p><strong>Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 15 years of experience working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM</li><li>Experience supporting HCM or HR-related projects with strong hands-on expertise in Payroll and Benefits</li><li>Proven experience conducting system assessments, audits, or health checks</li><li>Experience with full HCM lifecycle implementations and/or post-go-live optimization</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li><li>Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship</li></ul><p><strong>Education/Experience (BMQ):</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Master’s degree preferred</li><li>Oracle Cloud certifications (HCM, Payroll, Benefits)</li><li>Experience in multi-state or complex payroll environments</li><li>Prior consulting experience with system optimization engagements</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Payroll processing, tax configuration, compliance requirements, and Benefits configuration including life event processing and integrations</li><li>Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI reporting, and HDL (HCM Data Loader)</li><li>Experience reviewing integrations and third-party vendor connections</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience presenting findings to senior leadership</li></ul>
