PRODUCT MANAGER INTERNSHIP (WORK-FROM-HOME)

<p><strong>Product Management Intern</strong></p> <p>You will work cross-functionally within Businessolver’s Data Science &amp; Innovation team, collaborating with Product Managers, Software and Machine Learning Engineers, Computational Linguists, UX Designers, and Business Partners to deliver end-to-end product features. In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support Product Managers in defining and gathering requirements to build and launch features across Businessolver’s AI and customer service technology portfolio</li> <li>Conduct data analysis and market research on user behavior, virtual assistant support, and HR/benefits trends to inform product decisions</li> <li>Compile and analyze product metrics to assess feature performance and measure impact on the member experience</li> <li>Test and validate functionality to ensure high-quality releases and optimize the user experience</li> <li>Participate in daily scrum ceremonies and planning sessions</li> </ul> <p>You will gain hands-on experience working on conversational AI, user-centric product design, and internal tooling that supports millions of member interactions.</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The desire to pursue a career in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering</li> <li>Demonstrated experience or comfort using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in academic, professional, or personal settings</li> <li>Curiosity about applying Generative AI to improve user experience, automate workflows, or inspire product innovation</li> <li>Experience analyzing and auditing data leveraging MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Python)</li> <li>A team player who has a track record to collaborate with a diverse group of people with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds</li> <li>Highly collaborative and data-driven to solve complex problems</li> <li>A passion for learning, solving problems, and seeking answers</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills</li> <li>Minimum of 6-month commitment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Qualifications (bonus):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s in AI, Product Management, Business, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent field</li> <li>Prior experience in product management or product marketing or prior experience or education in health care systems</li> <li>Experience reviewing/coding with Python and SQL</li> <li>Knowledge of AWS, Azure or other cloud services</li> </ul> <p><em>The pay for this position is $23.00 per hour.</em></p>
