What We're Looking For Experience • 5–10+ years of professional video editing or creative experience. • Strong experience in Direct Response, DTC, e-commerce, paid social, or performance marketing . • Agency or DTC experience is highly preferred. Direct-Response Expertise You understand: • Consumer psychology • Hooks and pattern interrupts • Retention • Creative angles • Calls to action • Conversion-focused storytelling More importantly, you understand why an advertisement works , not simply how to make it look good. Technical Skills • Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro • Expert-level Adobe After Effects • Strong proficiency in CapCut Desktop • Experience with AI video, image, audio, and voice-generation tools • Comfortable working with creative analytics and performance data Work Style We are looking for someone who is: • Fast and efficient • Creative and highly detail-oriented • Data-driven • Comfortable working independently • Proactive in identifying opportunities • Able to manage a high volume of creative production • Focused on performance as well as visual quality Portfolio Required A strong portfolio demonstrating Direct Response and DTC advertising experience is required . Your portfolio should include examples of: • Direct-response video ads • Static advertisements • UGC-based creative • AI-integrated creative • Strong hooks • Motion graphics and VFX • Dynamic typography and captions • Transitions and pacing • Sound design and SFX • Creative iterations and testing Please note: Portfolios consisting primarily of cinematic work, music videos, corporate videos, or other non-DTC creative will not be considered.
