DHA PROGRAM MANAGER

The DHA supports clinical care, education and training, logistics, research, information systems, and enterprise management for operating forces conducting military operations. Gritter Francona is looking for a Program Manager to lead a new, potential project. This Program Manager will lead a potential project that manages a process for determining a service member’s fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability. • Bachelor's degree • PMP OR Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified • 10 years' experience overseeing large programs • at least 5 years' experience overseeing staff/personnel • Prior experience with contract administration • Experience with DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) • Short Term & Long Term Disability • Training & Development
