ASSOCIATE STAFF ENGINEER - DOTNET DEVELOPER

<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and modern front-end technologies with a strong focus on hands-on coding.</li><li>Own end-to-end feature development, from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs following clean architecture and best practices.</li><li>Develop and optimize responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.</li><li>Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, including service integration, performance optimization, and security configuration.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to established coding standards and architectural guidelines.</li><li>Actively participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback to improve code quality.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and development efficiency.</li><li>Share knowledge and provide technical support to junior developers through collaboration and example-driven guidance.</li></ul> <p><strong>Must have skills: </strong>Cloud development (Strong), React (Strong)</p>
