An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Build an internal operational hub to capture client requests and manage projects</p></li><li><p>Build a client portal giving clients visibility into estimates, revision requests, and project status without relying on email</p></li><li><p>Build an internal dashboard for owners to monitor team productivity and project management standards</p></li><li><p>Design and develop client intake forms and workflows to replace spreadsheet-based processes</p></li><li><p>Develop desktop and mobile-friendly experiences for field staff connectivity (responsive web first, with native mobile via React Native as the product matures)</p></li><li><p>Own system architecture, design, and scalability decisions for internal tools</p></li><li><p>Build clean, intuitive interfaces and user flows across internal platforms, leveraging modern component libraries and design systems</p></li><li><p>Collaborate initially with an external development group managing the company's database, with the expectation of eventually taking full ownership</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development roadmap and help leadership prioritize technical work for current and future products</p></li><li><p>Partner directly with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>3-5 Years of experience as a full-stack engineering.</p></li><li><p>Strong background in system architecture, design, and scalability</p></li><li><p>Strong product sense and an eye for clean, usable interfaces</p></li><li><p>Experience shaping customer/user flows, not just building to spec</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working across both desktop and mobile</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and working closely with leadership without needing extensive direction</p></li><li><p>Self-starter capable of long-term, high-autonomy ownership of internal systems</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Supabase: compatible with the existing setup; quick to pick up for any strong PostgreSQL + Node.js engineer</p></li><li><p>Frontend tooling: Next.js specifically, Tailwind CSS</p></li><li><p>Mobile: React Native (for the future native mobile phase)</p></li><li><p>API: GraphQL</p></li><li><p>Auth &amp; Hosting: Supabase Auth or Auth0; Vercel/Netlify (frontend); Railway/Render/Supabase (backend)</p></li><li><p>CI/CD: GitHub Actions or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Other: familiarity with Lovable.dev a plus</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>></strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>></strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>></strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>></strong> Interview with the client <strong>></strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
